We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Acceptance of service to be started means you have Read and Agree to all below Terms & Conditions.

General Policy

* We accept cash only. Payment must be rendered at beginning of service, this will not affect in any way the Quality of our Services as we provide you a comprehensive Customer Satisfaction policy (See details in the Refund Policy and Service Fix Policy below).  

* If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us or use the confirmation email you received at time of appointment to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

* No smoking, No alcohol is allowed.

* We are not responsible for lost or damage to items you bring inside our facility.

* We welcome the usage of electronic devices while getting your hairs braided, however we do request the volume be turned down so our other customers are not disturbed. We provide free high-speed Internet WiFi, access code will be provided to you upon request.

* We hold found items for 72 hours only before removing them from our facility. It is customer's responsibility to pick up the item within 72 hours. 

Refund Policy

* Absolutely no refund, you are covered by our Service Fix Policy (see below). 

* You have the right at any time to view the quality of our service. Please ask for a mirror to view your hairs and request any changes Before leaving our facility.

* Once you leave our facility, our Refund Policy takes effect.​ Your right to a Quality Service is covered by our Service Fix Policy below.

Service Fix Policy

We strive to provide High Quality Service. Should you have any quality issues with your braids, we will fix them based on below guidelines :

* Up to 5 days after service : We will repair at no charge.

* 6 to 15 days after service : We will repair at a moderate cost, depending on what is needed.

* 16 days after service : You will be charged the full price.

Style Picture Policy

* Other than Senegalese Twists, Box braids and Micros (which are "Classic" always-the-same styles), in case you provide a picture of a specific style (especially Cornrows) please note that we make No guarantee that the end result will be similar 100% to the picture you provided. Our Refund Policy and Service Fix Policy still applies to you.
